FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the joint announcement released by DRDGold
Limited ("DRDGOLD") and Village on 8 November 2011 and the further
cautionary released on 21 December 2012, in relation to Village`s non-
binding expression of interest in acquiring DRDGOLD`s entire interest in
Blyvooruitzicht Gold Mining Company Limited.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress and
accordingly they should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities, until a full announcement detailing the financial
effects is released.
