APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM FINANCIAL DIRECTOR AND SPONSOR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on
18 January 2012, wherein shareholders were advised, inter alia, that
William Marshall-Smith had been appointed to the board of directors of Mvela
Group. In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that William Marshall-Smith has also
been appointed as interim financial director of Mvela Group with effect from
1 February 2012.
Shareholders are further advised that Mvela Group has appointed PSG Capital
(Pty) Limited as its sponsor with effect from 1 February 2012.
