APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Sandile Swana
("Mr. Swana") has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of m
Cubed and member of the Company`s remuneration and audit and risk committees
with effect from Wednesday, 1 February 2012.
Mr. Swana is a director of Convergenet Holdings Limited and Gold One
International Limited and a number of other companies.He is the chairman of the
audit committees of ICASA and the Gariep Municipality.He is also the financial
director of Sable Data Works (Pty) Ltd. His experience covers virtually all
disciplines of management and leadership, having worked for multi-nationals and
private companies including: Anglo American, New York Times, Caltex Oil and The
Don Suite Hotels and also acting as non-executive director of several JSE listed
companies. Mr. Swana has prepared and presented conference papers to Supply
Chain conferences internationally under the professional association SAPICS.
He also lectures part-time at Wits Business School on Risk Management.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr.Swana as director of m Cubed and looks
forward to his valued contributions.
