APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Suresh Naidoo has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the board with effect from 02 February
2012. Suresh will be appointed as a member of the audit committee.
Suresh graduated from the University of Durban Westville and he is a CA (SA).
From 1988 to 1990 he completed his articles with Deloitte. In 1991 he joined
Robertson`s (Pty) Ltd (which is now part of Unilever).
In 1993 Suresh returned to auditing and he joined a one man company called IS
Pillay and Co which later merged with KPMG and he later became a partner with
KPMG. In 2007 he returned to Deloitte and was appointed as partner.
Currently he is now the owner of a business process outsourcing company, with 22
staff members. He brings a wealth of experience to the board both from an
accounting and corporate governance perspective.
