WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Masonite shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary
announcement and the further cautionary announcements released on SENS on 5
September 2011, 28 September 2011, 6 October 2011, 17 November 2011 and 29
December 2011 respectively.
After due consideration, the board of directors of Masonite has decided not to
pursue the process, which was undertaken, any further and shareholders are
accordingly advised that they no longer need to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company`s securities.
