DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE HAR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for HARMONY G M CO LTD
(HAR) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to HARMONY G M
CO LTD (HAR) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend
amount of 40 cents per HARNIH share instalment that is payable on Monday, 12
March 2012
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 March 2012. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 March 2012. The record date is
Friday, 9 March 2012.
