CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SACMH
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given that Mr Solly Mokoetle has been appointed to
the board of directors of SACMH as an Independent Director and Chairman with
effect from 6 February 2012.
Mr Solly Mokoetle, who holds a Master of Journalism degree, is an executive
director with more than 30 years senior management experience, with
extensive operational knowledge in spearheading and leading multi-million
rand management projects. He has previously worked for the SABC as the Group
CEO and as Chief Content Officer at Telkom Media. Mr Solly Mokoetle sits on
the board of numerous other companies.
The board of SACMH welcomes Mr Solly Mokoetle and looks forward to a long
and valued working relationship.
