TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the six months ended 31
December 2011 by management, has indicated that the loss per share and headline
loss per share are expected to be between 6.5 and 7.5 cents per share and
between 4.5 and 5.4 cents per share respectively (prior corresponding reporting
period earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 10.3 cents per
share).
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by Comair`s external auditors.
The results for the six months ended 31 December 2011 are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 14 February 2012.
