CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors ("the Board") of Blue announced today that the
executive group financial director, Mr. Gordon Whitcher has resigned with
immediate effect, due to an unforeseen change in personal circumstances.
Mr. Deon Bekker, the Mayibuye Group CFO, will assume the role of executive group
financial director for Blue with immediate effect.
Mr. Bekker is a qualified chartered accountant with 12 years` experience in the
financial services sector, having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers before
joining the Mayibuye Group as the group CFO in 2006.
Mr. Bekker has extensive experience in the financial services sector which will
further supplement the existing executive team of Blue.
