CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Avusa advises that Mr Bryan Hopkins has resigned as a non-executive director
of the board with effect from 6 February 2012.
The board expressed its thanks to Mr Hopkins for his contribution during his
tenure on the board.
