Re-appointment of the Chairman of the Telkom Board of Directors
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Polelo Lazarus Zim has been re-appointed as
the Chairman of the Telkom Board of Directors with immediate effect. His
term of office will end at the earlier of 31 August 2013 or at the Company`s
Annual General Meeting of 2013.
