consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011
was submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB") and to the Romanian
National Securities Commission. These condensed consolidated financial
statements are available to the public on request, in printed format, and in

The condensed consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 31
