CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that ISA has appointed Denzil
Perreira as the independent non-executive chairman of the Company with
effect from 1 March 2012. Denzil was previously an independent non-
executive director of the Company.
