DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON KUMBA IRON ORE LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("KIOIDD")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Kumba Iron Ore
Limited have declared a final dividend of R22.50 per ordinary share payable
on Monday, 19 March 2012, to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of
the company at the close of business on Friday, 16 March 2012.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, KIOIDD,
will receive a Kumba Iron Ore Limited final dividend of R22.50 per security
on Monday, 19 March 2012, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 9 March 2012.
KIOIDD Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 March 2012, and the record
date will be Friday, 16 March 2012.
