CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Platfields ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Roy Stavely Traviss has resigned as a non-executive
director with effect from 8 February 2012.
The Board thanks Mr Traviss for his contribution to the Company and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
