DIVIDEND UPDATE
Further to the dividend declaration announced on 08 February 2012, shareholders
of the Company are advised that shareholders on the South African sub-register
will receive a final dividend per ordinary share of 106.18231 South African
cents which is based on an exchange rate of 10.1319 South African Rand per euro.
