RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of BioScience shareholders was held today
Friday, 10 February 2012 at 10:00.
The purpose of the AGM was to consider the resolutions as set out in the notice
of AGM. All of the resolutions tabled at the AGM were duly passed.
The special resolutions will be sent to Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission for filing in due course.
