DECLARED FINAL ORDINARY DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM
LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("AMSIDF")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Anglo
American Platinum Limited have declared a final dividend of 200 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 19 March 2012 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16
March 2012.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities,
AMSIDF, will receive an Anglo American Platinum Limited final dividend of
200 cents per ordinary share on Monday, 19 March 2012 in terms of the
Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and
Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in
order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 9 March 2012.
AMSIDF Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 March 2012, and the record
date will be Friday, 16 March 2012.
