Moody`s upgrades MTN Group`s ratings to Baa2/A1.za with positive outlook
In accordance with paragraph 4.25 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements,
noteholders are advised that that Moody`s have upgraded the global scale
issuer rating of the Guarantor, MTN Group Limited, to Baa2 from Baa3 and its
South African national scale issuer rating to A1.za from A2.za. The outlook
remains positive, post the upgrade.
