RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Company hereby announces that Mr Peter Matlare, a non-executive
director of Kumba, has notified the board of his intention to resign from
the Kumba board as at 31 March 2012 due to increased commitments. The board
expresses its gratitude to Mr Matlare for his excellent contribution to the
board and the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
