1. INTRODUCTION
Participatory interest holders are advised that the name of Bips
Government Inflation Linked Bond Fund will change to RMB Government
Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund.
2. RATIONALE
The name change is being conducted in order to provide clarity to
investors and highlight the brand responsible for the issuance and day-
to-day operation of the management company, scheme and the fund, Rand
Merchant Bank ("RMB"), which is a division of FirstRand Bank Limited.

4. GENERAL INFORMATION
Participatory interest holder`s attention is drawn to the following
information:
4.1 The Company`s long name will change from "Bips Government
Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund" to "RMB Government
Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund" and the short name on
the JSE Limited will be RMBINFX.
4.2 The Company`s JSE code will change to "RMBINF" and the ISIN code
will change to ZAE000164513, both of which codes have been
approved by the JSE.
4.3 For a period of not less than one year, the Company will reflect
the former name "Bips Government Inflation Linked Bond Exchange
Traded Fund" in brackets beneath the new name of "RMB Government
Inflation Linked Bond Exchange Traded Fund" on all documents of
title and any announcements released on SENS.
