Shareholders are referred to the announcement, dated 10 January 2012 and the
circular to shareholders of the same date, relating to the conversion and
consolidation of the company`s share capital.
Shareholders are advised that the company is awaiting registration of the
special resolutions in respect of the conversion and consolidation of the share
capital. The timetable for implementation of the conversion and consolidation
set out in the announcement and circular mentioned above is therefore no longer
applicable.
A further announcement, setting out a revised timetable, will be released as
soon as the special resolutions relating to the conversion and consolidation
have been registered.
