FULFILMENT OF THE REMAINING CONDITION PRECEDENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITIONS OF
PAARL MALL AND THE KRAFT FOODS BUILDING
Sycom unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 10
November 2011 regarding the acquisition by Sycom of a further shareholding in
the properties on which the shopping centre known as the Paarl Mall is located
as well as the acquisition of the Kraft Foods Building in the Harrowdene Office
Park, Woodmead, Sandton ("the transactions"), and are hereby advised that
Competition Tribunal approval, being the last outstanding condition precedent
pertaining to the transactions, has been obtained.
