RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF OCEANA SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders of Oceana ("Shareholders") are advised that at the Annual
General Meeting ("the AGM") of Shareholders held today, all of the ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions proposed in the notice to Shareholders
dated 10 November 2011, were duly passed by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be filed with, and registered where required,
by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
