audited preliminary results published on 27 January 2012.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of the company will
be held at 11:00 on Thursday 22 March 2012 in the boardroom, at Hudaco`s
offices situated at Building 9, Greenstone Hill Office Park, Emerald
Boulevard, Greenstone Hill, Edenvale. The notice of the meeting is contained
in the above-mentioned annual financial statements.
