Shareholders are advised that, a circular, together with a notice of general
meeting, relating to the ratification of an acquisition by Ingenuity of a
property known as Newspaper House, situated at 122 St George`s Mall, Cape
Town, ("the Acquisition") has been posted today, 20 February 2012.
Notice of a general meeting
The general meeting of Ingenuity shareholders will be held at Suite 102, 1st
Floor, INTABA, 25 Protea Road, Claremont, Cape Town on Tuesday, 20 March
2012, commencing at 10:00 for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit,
passing with or without modification, the ordinary resolutions relating to
the Acquisition.
