APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the appointment of Ms Carole Chiloane, as an
Independent Non-executive director on the Miranda Board.
Ms Carole Chiloane specializes in the areas of business development,
professional marketing and communications and is a strategist at New Vision
Consulting She has worked for Coca-Cola South Africa and DSTV Africa Group.
Later she joined M-Tel (now MTN) and received a prestigious Andrew Young
scholarship to study Urban Policy Studies in the United States of America.
Ms Carole Chiloane has garnered over a decade of experience and knowledge in the
inter-government and corporate communications industry.
The appointment was effective from Friday, 17 February 2012.
