TRADING STATEMENT
Litha is currently finalising its results for the year ended 31 December 2011,
which should be released on SENS before the end of March 2012. In this regard,
shareholders are advised that revenue and earnings per share will be between 20%
and 40% higher than the corresponding reporting period of the previous year.
The forecast financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed and reported on by the Company`s external auditors.
