DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("IPLIDG")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the directors of Imperial Holdings
Limited have declared an ordinary dividend of 300 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 26 March 2012 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books
of the company at the close of business on Friday, 23 March 2012.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, IPLIDG,
will receive a dividend of 300 cents per security payable as an ordinary
dividend payable on Monday, 26 March 2012. The last day to trade ("cum" the
distribution) in order to participate in the dividend will be Thursday, 15 March
2012.
IPLIDG Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Friday, 16 March 2012, and the record date will
be Friday, 23 March 2012.
