RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on SENS on
17 October 2011, 28 November 2011 and 12 January 2012,
wherein it was advised that the Company has entered into negotiations to dispose
of the Eqstra Mining Services business unit ("the Transaction") which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s
securities.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations pertaining to the Transaction are
progressing well but that final terms of the Transaction have not yet been
agreed.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement in this regard
is made.
