APPOINTMENT OF AN ACTING CHAIRMAN TO THE BOARD AND APPOINTMENT OF AN ACTING
CHAIRMAN TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
unitholders are advised that Mr Wilhelm Christian Ross has been appointed as
Acting Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.
Mr Ross, who will continue to serve as a member of the Audit Committee will
with immediate effect be replaced by Mrs Linda de Beer as Acting Chairman of
the Committee.
Mr Ross was appointed as an independent non-executive director of
Hospitality in April 2007. He has more than 32 years` merchant banking and
investment banking experience.
Mrs de Beer was appointed as an independent non-executive director of
Hospitality in August 2011 and is an independent financial reporting and
corporate governance advisor and part time professor in financial accounting
at the University of the Witwatersrand.
