Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for EXXARO RESOURCES
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (EXX) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to EXXARO RESOURCES LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (EXX)Trustees of the Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 500 cents per EXXNIF share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 02 April 2012.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 23 March 2012.The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 26 March 2012 and the record date
is Friday, 30 March 2012
