Notice is hereby given that as a result of the Distribution declaration relating

instalments will receive a GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) Distribution of
67.8 cents per Instalment made up of 67.732 cents interest and 0.068 cents
dividend.
