RELEASE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
In terms of section 7(2) and section 7(21) of the JSE Debt Listing
Requirements, Imperial Capital wishes to advise noteholders, in relation to
its ZAR6,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 20 October
2005, that the annual financial statements of Imperial Capital for the year
ended 30 June 2011 are available for inspection at the registered office of
the Issuer and are also available on the Imperial website at
www.imperial.co.za.
