("PDMR")
On 23 February 2012, Alan Clark, PDMR, notified the Company that Fairbairn Trust
Company Limited as Trustee for The Clark Family Trust, a connected person to Mr
Clark, disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration.
Following the disposal of these shares Mr Clark has a beneficial interest in
81,610 shares of the Company.
