REVISION OF SALIENT DATES IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY TO
ADRENNA PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED AND THE CONVERSION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL TO SHARES
OF NO PAR VALUE
Shareholders are referred to the results of general meeting announcement
released on SENS on 8 February 2012 and are advised that the special resolution
relating to the change of name of the Company to Adrenna Property Group Limited
has been registered by CIPC, but that the Company is still awaiting confirmation
of the registration of the special resolution relating to the conversion of the
Company`s share capital to shares of no par value.
The Salient Dates and Times as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 6
January 2012 and released on SENS on 9 January 2012 will accordingly be amended
and the revised Salient Dates will be released on SENS and published in the
press as soon as confirmation of registration of the said resolution has been
received.
