CHROMETCO - CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
board of Chrometco is pleased to announce that Mr Christopher Seabrooke (59)
B.Com, B.Acc, MBA, FCMA has been appointed an independent non-executive
director of Chrometco with immediate effect. Chris has been a director of
over 20 JSE listed companies over the years. He is currently CEO of Sabvest
and a non-executive director of Brait, Datatec, Massmart, Metrofile and
Net1. He is also a member of The Institute of Directors.
The board of Chrometco is also pleased to announce that Mr Ivan Collair (58)
B.Sc, B.Com (Hons) has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of Chrometco with immediate effect. Ivan has over 30 years of
business experience and is currently the Government Relations Manager for
Shell South Africa.
