CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Indequity Group Limited wishes to inform
shareholders that Mr. TC Meyer has retired as non-executive director and
Chairman of the Group at the annual general meeting held on6 February 2012.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Meyer for his input and contribution to the
Groupduring his tenure and we wish him success in his subsequent endeavours.
The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. JF Zwarts as the new
Chairman of the Board also with effect from 6 February 2012. Mr.Zwarts has
been a long serving non-executive director of the Group since 1998.
