RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARDS OF PSG GROUP AND PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES
Shareholders are advised in accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited that Christo Wiese ("Christo") has resigned as a
non-executive director from the boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services
with effect from 23 February 2012.
The boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services wish to thank Christo for his
valuable contributions during his tenure as a director and wish him well in his
