RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Purple Capital shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that at the general
meeting of Shareholders held on Monday, 27 February 2012 ("Meeting") for the
purpose of approving the amendments to the rules of The Purple Capital
Limited Employee Share Option Scheme to accord with the applicable
regulations of the JSE Limited, the requisite majority of Shareholders
passed the ordinary resolution as set out in the notice of general meeting
and proposed at the Meeting.
