In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of B&W ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Sam Vilakazi has resigned as an executive director of
the Company with effect from 24 February 2012.
The board thanks Sam for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
