Vividend Linked Unitholders are hereby advised that the requisite majority of
Linked Unitholders approved all the special and ordinary resolutions tabled at
the general meeting of Vividend held today, 27 February 2012. Accordingly, the
Vusani Acquisition and the related Specific Issue have been approved by Linked
Unitholders.
