RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
The General Meeting ("GM") of BioScience shareholders was held today Monday, 27
February 2012 at 10:00.
The purpose of the GM was to consider the resolutions as set out in the notice
of GM. All of the resolutions tabled at the GM were duly passed.
The special resolutions will be sent to Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission for filing in due course.
