DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC
ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to BHP BILLITON PLC ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 418.9625 cents per BILNNE share
instalment that is payable on Thursday, 22 March 2012.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 24 February 2012. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 27 February 2012. The
record date is Friday, 02 March 2012.
