Limited, the board of directors of SecureData ("the Board") hereby notifies
its shareholders of the sad news of the untimely passing of Mr Tsediso
Gcabashe, an Independent Non-Executive Director, on 24 February 2012.
The Board wishes to express its condolences to Tsediso`s family at this
time.
