A further cautionary announcement relating to negotiations in respect of the
acquisition of a business, which has the development rights, as the "turnkey
developer/contractor", for an integrated mixed-use, affordable housing
development, was published on 17 January 2012.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement in regard to the above is
made.
