CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that ZCI has initiated a process intended to
realise value from its investment in African Copper Plc ("ACU"), which
process may result in the disposal of the Company`s interest in ACU. There
is no certainty at this stage that the process will lead to a formal
transaction being proposed or concluded. As evidenced by the recent USD5
million loan agreement signed with ACU, ZCI remains committed to supporting
ACU`s ongoing operations.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s
securities until a further announcement is made.
