CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Stefanutti Stocks is pleased to announce the
appointment Zanele Matlala as an independent non-executive director of the
Company and as a member of the Audit, Governance and Risk Committee with effect
from 27 February 2012.
Zanele, a Chartered Accountant, joined Merafe Resources Limited in 2005 as an
independent non-executive director and was appointed Merafe`s Chief Financial
Officer on 1 October 2010. Before joining Merafe, she was Group Financial
Director of Kagiso Investments Proprietary Limited, a position she held from
January 2006.
