Linked unitholders are advised that Dipula`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2011, was dispatched
on Friday, 24 February 2012 and contains no changes from the reviewed results
which were published on SENS on 15 November 2011.
The annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting for the
company, which will be held at The Country Club Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road,
Auckland Park, Johannesburg, at 10:00 on Monday, 2 April 2012.
