Resignation to the board of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the Board of directors of RACEC ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Stephen Smithyman will no longer represent Mr Ted Zulu as an alternate
director with effect from 28 February 2012.
The Board thanks Stephen for his contribution to RACEC and wishes him well in
his future endeavours.
